Bishop McCaskill is also founder and president of Mt. Sinai’s Bible College, which promotes excellence in ministry.

In addition to his pastoral and evangelistic ministry, Bishop McCaskill has published two books. His first book, Love Is Not Enough, focuses on the fact that couples as well as singles need more than love to be in the will of God. His second book entitled, Called Before The Fall is for those who desire a closer walk with God in their calling. It focuses on ministers, leaders and musicians who have fallen and need courage to get back up.

Bishop McCaskill’s key to success has happened by  “Reaching the Outcast for Christ " through witnessing via radio, block services, door to door, meeting the needs of the community, and the favor of the Lord.

“Only Speaking The Word”, Bishops believes in “liberation theology”. James Cone once said, “we should not only be for the people but with the people”
